We put in impressive applications for both SAR NIF Grant and Direct Access Gaming Grant monies but sadly we were unsuccessful for both. A number of reasons were given for lack of funding but I believe the root problem was a lack of government money available. A bad economy takes its toll on all of us, big and small.
Tracker training this year will need to use some sort of "User pay" model. This will cause hardships for some students but it has been successfully used in the past. Very soon we will need to start communicating amongst ourselves and see what we can accomplish.
