Note: Registration fees apply only to course tuition. Additional logistical costs, i.e., food, lodging, or other provided either by UTS or the course sponsor will be charged separately, consult with the listed contact person for these charges.
Please pre-register. Students pre-register by completing this form and forwarding it with the indicated deposit or entire tuition fee to the applicable contact person as noted below:  NO FEES WILL BE CARRIED OVER TOWARDS ANOTHER CLASS.

All moneys must be paid in US dollars.  Checks or money orders made payable to UTS.
